After Supreme Court objects, NIC drops Govt banner with PM Modi image from official court emails

The same was done after the Supreme Court had written to the NIC to remove the same since the image had no connection whatsoever with the judiciary.

The National Informatics Centre (NIC) has dropped the advertisement banner of the Central government carrying an image of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from the foot of official emails sent from the Supreme Court's official email id.
