Allahabad High Court grants bail to truck driver accused of sending death threats to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath
The accused submitted that he was having a meal when his phone was borrowed by the stranger on the pretext of making a call. The stranger, however, sent a WhatsApp message and returned the phone.
A truck driver accused of making death threats to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath was granted bail by the Allahabad High Court after he apologised and informed the Court that his phone was misused by a stranger who sent the threatening message via WhatsApp.
