Allahabad High Court quashes criminal proceedings against Dr. Kafeel Khan in connection with Anti-CAA speech at Aligarh Muslim University

Single-judge Justice Gautam Chaudhary quashed the proceedings and the cognizance order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh on the ground that prior sanction from the government was not obtained.
