Appeal filed before Supreme Court against Bombay High Court judgment declaring NGT Special Bench at Delhi illegal

The Supreme Court on Thursday agreed to hear a plea challenging the Bombay High Court's full bench judgment that held that the constitution of a special bench of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) at Delhi was illegal.
