Appears to be luxurious litigation: Supreme Court declines Amazon plea to submit more written submissions
Last week, the top court had reserved orders on Future Retail's plea seeking to proceed with securing NCLT approval for its ₹27,513-crore transaction with Reliance Retail.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday came down on Amazon's counsel for seeking to file further written submissions in a matter already reserved for orders.
