[Abetment to suicide case] Alibaug Court refuses to exempt Arnab Goswami from physical appearance

Goswami had been summoned to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate on January 7 after the chargesheet filed by the Raigad Police was taken on record. However, he failed to remain present.

The Chief judicial Magistrate (CJM) at Alibaug on Thursday rejected the application filed by Republic TV Editor-in-Chief, Arnab Goswami seeking exemption from physical appearance in the abetment to suicide case of interior designer, Anvay Naik.
