Aryan Khan appeal to be heard on October 26: LIVE UPDATES from Bombay High Court

The appeal filed by Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, before the Bombay High Court seeking bail in the cruise ship drug case, will be mentioned today morning for urgent listing.

Khan in his appeal has challenged the Mumbai Sessions Court order denying him bail.

The appeal will be mentioned before Justice Nitin Sambre.

Special judge VV Patil had denied bail to Khan and two other accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, on Wednesday on the ground that WhatsApp chats of Khan prima facie showed that he was involved in conspiracy and illicit drug activities and had nexus with drug peddlers.
