[Aryan Khan case] Bombay High Court rejects anticipatory bail plea filed by Sam D’Souza

Vacation judge Justice SP Tavade held that since D’Souza did not approach the Sessions Court first and considering it was late, the application is being rejected.

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday rejected the anticipatory bail plea filed by Sam D’Souza, who was allegedly accused of being middleman between independent witness Kiran Gosavi and Shahrukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani right after Aryan Khan was arrested in cruise ship drug case.
