[Aryan Khan drug case] Mumbai Court tells NCB to approach Pune Court for permission to question Kiran Gosavi

Special Judge noted that Gosavi was in the judicial custody of Judicial magistrate at Pune. Hence, the agency has to approach the concerned court for necessary permission.

A Mumbai court on Monday told the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) that the permission to interrogate Kiran P Gosavi panch witness in the cruise ship drug case, will have to be obtained from the relevant court in Pune since Gosavi is in judicial custody of Pune court.
