Ashish Mishra bail plea: Supreme Court says there can't be indefinite incarceration; Dushyant Dave says it should apply to all uniformly

A bench of Justices Surya Kant and JK Maheshwari said that the trial in the case might take 5 years to conclude and there cannot be indefinite incarceration of the accused.
