Bombay HC hears Kangana Ranaut's plea challenging BMC demolition [LIVE UPDATES]

The Bombay High Court is hearing the writ petition moved by Actress Kangana Ranaut challenging the BMC's move to demolish portions of her property on the ground that there were alleged illegal alterations made.

The matter is being heard by a Bench of Justices SJ Kathawalla and RI Chagla.

Senior Advocate Birendra Saraf is making arguments for Ranaut, whereas Senior Advocate Aspi Chinoy is arguing for the BMC.
