Because of such videos, I stay away from Social Media: AG Kumbhakoni to Bombay HC on video alleging Govt not taking care of poor amid COVID

The Principal Bench of the Bombay High Court today closed proceedings concerning a WhatsApp video wherein one, Omprakash Shete, a former Officer on Special Duty was seen making claims that the Government was inefficiently dealing with the deaths of poor people during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Court closed the proceedings after being informed that the Aurangabad Bench is dealing with an allied issue.
