Plea against private hospitals refusing COVID-19 patients admission, charging exorbitant fees: Bombay HC seeks response of state and BMC

The Bombay High Court on Tuesday sought the response of the State government and the Municipal Corporation (BMC) on a plea claiming that private hospitals were not admitting COVID-19 patients and that they were charging exorbitant fee from patients by taking advantage of the lockdown.
