Bombay HC suspends judicial proceedings due to shortage of staff [Read Notice]

The Bombay High Court has notified the suspension of court proceedings for the day.

The High Court notice states that all the matters which are listed on the board today will be taken up tomorrow i.e. September 24, 2020.

It is notified that due to heavy rainfall the Court staff has not been able to commute to Court leading to acute shortage of staff. Benches are therefore, unable to take up matters of their respective boards.

The notice states that instructions for accessing Video Conference hearings will be communicated to all concerned.

For those matters listed on September 24, 2020, a notice will be published shortly.
