Maharashtra government asks Bombay High Court to take advance possession of 30-acre land for new court building

Through a communication dated May 19, the revenue department authorised the transfer of over 30 acres of land located in Bandra East for the construction of a new High Court complex.

The Maharashtra government has called upon the Registrar of the Bombay High Court to depute a representative for taking advance possession of land in Bandra East, spanning 30 acres, for the construction of the new building for the High Court.
