Bombay High Court dismisses 3 PILs by same petitioner against NCP, Shiv Sena leaders

On one of the petitions seeking probe against Uddhav Thackeray, a division bench of Justices SV Gangapurwala and SG Dige stated that it was a "publicity interest litigation" and not "public interest litigation".
