Bombay High Court grants anticipatory bail to man accused of pronouncing 'triple talaq' over text SMS

The Court opined that the general nature of allegations against the husband regarding harassment for money, could be resolved through mediation and asked the couple to consider mediation.

The Bombay High Court has granted anticipatory bail to a man who had been accused of pronouncing triple talaq over text message to his wife, the complainant (Adnan Iqbal Moulvi v. State of Maharashtra).
