Bombay High Court grants interim relief to person accused of putting disrespectful FB post against Dr BR Ambedkar

The accused disowned both the Facebook account and the controversial post, claiming that some unknown person had created a Facebook account in his name and put up the controversial post.

The Bombay High Court last week granted interim anticipatory bail to a man accused of putting up an allegedly disrespectful Facebook post about Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar (Abdul Rahim Abdul Gani Ghadiyali v. State of Maharashtra & Anr.).
