Bombay High Court issues fresh notice to ex-Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis over bank account transfers
The plea claimed that when Fadnavis was the Maharashtra Chief Minister, he misused his position to transfer the accounts of police officials to a private bank where his wife occupied a senior position.
