Bombay High Court orders ED not to arrest Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal, wife till January 31 in money laundering case

A division bench of Justices Revati Mohite Dere and PK Chavan passed the order in a plea filed by the husband-wife duo seeking quashing of the Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR) registered by the ED.

The Bombay High Court recently ordered that no coercive action be taken till January 31 against Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal and his wife Anita Goyal in a money laundering case registered by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
