Bombay High Court orders PIL petitioner to deposit ₹7.5 lakh as pre-condition to hear pending petitions

Petitioner seems interested only in initiating cases against the public officers and keeping them pending like Sword of Damocles, the Aurangabad bench remarked in its order.
