Bombay High Court refuses to vacate interim relief granted to Mumbai's Haji Ali Juice Centre in trademark infringement suit

The mark being used by the defendants is prima facie identical and deceptively similar to the registered marks used by Haji Ali Juice Centre, the Court said.
