Bombay High Court restrains police (for now) from conducting mock drills depicting Muslim persons as terrorists

The Court was hearing a petition filed by social activist Sayed Usama alleging that the mock drills being conducted by police department depicted the attire and slogan shouting to indicate that terrorists were Muslims.

The Aurangabad Bench of Bombay High Court recently directed the local police departments not to conduct mock drills depicting persons of Muslim community as terrorists [Sayed Usama v. State of Maharashtra & Ors.].
