[BREAKING] Marital rape: Supreme Court seeks government response in appeal against Delhi High Court's split verdict

A High Court division bench of Justices Rajiv Shakdher and C Hari Shankar had delivered a split verdict in the case with Justice Shakdher striking down the exemption to marital rape and Justice Shankar upholding it.
