Calcutta HC directs DM to consider representation alleging that Pradhan Mantri Awass Yojana funds are not disbursed to beneficiaries

The Calcutta High Court recently disposed of a writ petition directing the District Magistrate, Birbhum, to consider a representation alleging that funds under the Pradhan Mantri Awass Yojana (PMAY) scheme were not disbursed to persons included in the list of beneficiaries under the scheme.
