Calcutta HC issues notice in plea seeking scheme for granting financial assistance to lawyers affected by Coronavirus Lockdown

The Calcutta High Court today directed issuance of notice in a PIL seeking the framing of a scheme for granting financial assistance to lawyers who may require such assistance on account of the COVID-19 lockdown.
