Calcutta High Court decides not to extend interim orders beyond March 31, 2021 [Read Order]

An order to this effect was passed today by a Full Bench of Chief Justice Thottathil B Radhakrishnan and Justices Rajesh Bindal, IP Mukerji, Harish Tandon and Subrata Talukdar.

The Calcutta High Court on Friday decided not to extend the life of interim orders, earlier extended on account of the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown, beyond March 31, 2021.
