Calcutta High Court judicial proceedings suspended today due to cyclone 'Yaas'; Narada case stands deferred [Read Notice]

The Government intimated the Registrar General of the High Court that it might not be possible for it to provide transport facilities to the employees of the Court on 26th May 26 and 27.

The Calcutta High Court has suspended its judicial proceedings for Wednesday keeping in view the report of the Meteorological Department on the cyclone ‘Yaas’, which is likely to cause widespread damage and heavy rainfall.
