Can liquor shop be allowed near school/hospital/temple? Allahabad High Court to decide

A Division Bench of Justices Ramesh Sinha and Vivek Varma sought the State's response on a public interest litigation seeking direction for removal of liquor shops located in front of schools, hospitals and a temple.
