Cannot examine validity of Child Welfare Committee order in habeas corpus plea: Rajasthan High Court

The Rajasthan High Court on Wednesday held that the validity of an order passed by the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 cannot be examined in a Habeas Corpus plea [Naresh Kumar v. State of Rajasthan and Others].
