CBI tells Mumbai Court it has obtained sanction of State to prosecute Anil Deshmukh

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) informed a Mumbai Court on Wednesday that it has obtained sanction from the State of Maharashtra to prosecute Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) member and former State Home Minister Anil Deshmukh.
