Months after it proposed draft rules in the form of amendments to the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) on Thursday notified the final rules for online gaming in India.
