Chhattisgarh High Court's Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta relinquishes office for "new assignment" offered by State government
"I am inclined to relinquish my office from 31st of March, 2021 afternoon since I have already given my consent to the State Government of Chhattisgarh for new assignment," Justice Gupta's resignation letter states.
Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta of the Chhattisgarh High Court has retired from his post after giving his consent for an undisclosed assignment offered to him by the ruling Congress government in the State.
