Former judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, Justice Noushad Ali has written a letter to Chief Justice of India SA Bobde terming the allegations made by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy against a sitting Supreme Court judge as an interference with the administration of justice..Justice Ali has opined that the Chief Minister’s letter to CJI Bobde and the allegations therein have been for the purpose of influencing the minds of the trial court judges before whom cases against him are pending. The letter records that 31 cases related to Reddy's dealings are being probed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
