Coal Scam: Central govt proposes names of Maninder Singh, Rajesh Batra to take over as Special Public Prosecutor in ED cases; SC reserves order

The Central Government on Monday proposed the names of Senior Advocate Maninder Singh and trial lawyer Rajesh Batra to be appointed Special Public Prosecutors in cases registered by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with Coal scam.
