Coal scam: Supreme Court appoints former ASG Maninder Singh, Advocate Rajesh Batra as Special Public Prosecutors in ED cases

Advocate Prashant Bhushan had urged Supreme Court to not be swayed by the names submitted by Centre and in fact stick to the names submitted by the outgoing Special Public Prosecutor, Senior Advocate RS Cheema.
