[Breaking] Supreme Court Collegium recommends transfer of five High Court Judges
Justice Sanjay Yadav, Justice Rajesh Bindal, Justice Vineet Kothari, Justice Joymalya Bagchi, Justice Satish Chandra Sharma

The Supreme Court Collegium on Monday recommended the transfer of Judges in five High Courts.

Justice Sanjay Yadav, presently serving as the acting Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, has been recommended for a transfer to the Allahabad High Court.

Justice Rajesh Bindal, who is currently the acting Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, has been proposed for a transfer to the Calcutta High Court.

Justice Vineet Kothari, presently serving as Madras High Court Judge and its second senior-most judge after incumbent Chief Justice AP Sahi, has been recommended for appointment as a Gujarat High Court Judge.

Justice Joymalya Bagchi, a judge of the Calcutta High court has been proposed for a transfer to the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

Justice Satish Chandra Sharma of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has been recommended for a transfer to the Karnataka High Court.
