Collegium recommends transfer of two Andhra Pradesh High Court judges; rejects requests for transfer to neighbouring HCs

The Supreme Court Collegium has stuck to its August 3 decision to recommend the transfer two Andhra Pradesh High Court judges, and rejected their individual requests of reconsideration of transfer proposal or be transferred to neighbouring States of their choice.
