[Compassionate Appointment] Policy at the time of death applicable, not subsequent one: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has held that for an appointment on compassionate grounds, only the policy prevalent at the time of death of the deceased employee is required to be considered, and not any subsequent one (State of Madhya Pradesh vs Ashish Awasthi).
