Complaint filed against Chinese President Xi Jinping for spreading Coronavirus, Bihar Court to hear on March 24 [Read Complaint]
To substantiate his claim, the Complainant has relied upon a book titled 'The Eyes of Darkness' which was published in 1981.
Filed by Advocate Sudheer Kumar Ojha, the complaint alleges that Jinping intentionally spread the virus amongst Indian population to harm the economy.

As per the book, a deadly virus named Wuhan 400 was manufactured in a lab in Wuhan, only to be used as a biological weapon.
The matter is listed for hearing before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hemant Kumar on March 24.
