The worst complaints are made against the most honest judges: Madras High Court Chief Justice

The Court was hearing a public interest litigation petition by a revenue official who alleged that there were large-scale irregularities within the commercial tax department.

The Madras High Court on Monday orally observed that the worst complaints are made against the most honest judges, given that such judges are not easily manipulated. (P Gopinathan v. Principal Secretary to the Government and ors)
