Coronavirus: Criminal Complaint filed against singer Kanika Kapoor for negligence; likely to be heard on 31st [Read Complaint]

Following reports that singer Kanika Kapoor, who tested positive for COVID-19, hosted parties after her return from London, a criminal complaint has been filed in a Bihar Court. In the plaint, she is accused of committing a negligent act which is likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life and of disobeying order by public authorities.
