COVID-19: Full Bench of Bombay High Court further extends life of interim orders till August 31 [Read Order]

Stay orders or decrees passed by the court/ tribunal/ authority in eviction/ dispossession and demolition matters will also continue until August 31, unless directed otherwise.

Taking note that "the situation arising out of the pandemic is yet to improve", the Bombay High Court on Wednesday further extended the life of all interim orders until August 31 (In re extension of Interim Orders).
