[COVID-19] Extension of interim orders not to continue beyond July 15, 2021: Madras High Court

The suo motu proceedings, however, have been kept pending so that measures may be taken to protect litigants through the same proceedings in the event of the COVID-19 situation deteriorating in future.

The Madras High Court on Monday clarified that its earlier orders extending the life of interim orders passed by courts in Tamil Nadu in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, will not continue beyond July 15, 2021.
