[COVID-19] Necessary to issue Guidelines for Safe Disposal of Face Masks: Kerala HC, State Government to file a Report

The Kerala High Court today emphasised that necessary guidelines must be issued for the safe disposal of N-95/face masks used to guard against the transmission of COVID-19, more so since face masks have now been made mandatory in public places amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
