[COVID-19] No better opportunity than the present time for private companies to exercise their CSR duty: Bombay High Court

The Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court on Wednesday expressed its disappointment at the response it received from private sector companies operating in Vidarbha on the availability of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds for strengthening the healthcare system in the region.
