[COVID-19 vaccine booster policy] Bombay High Court seeks response from Centre, State and BMC
The PIL pointed out that a third wave of COVID-19 is likely in the country and therefore, there is an urgent need to have booster doses administered to the citizens at the earliest.
The Bombay High Court on Friday sought responses from the Central and State governments and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on a plea seeking directions to formulate a policy for administering booster doses of the COVID-19 vaccine (Dhruti Kapadia & Anr. v. Union of India & Ors.)
