Customer found in brothel during police raid cannot be prosecuted under Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act: Calcutta High Court

The High Court quashed the complaint and chargesheet filed against an NRI businessman, who was arrested during a police raid at a body massage centre as it found that the only allegation against him was being a customer.
