Delhi court calls for status report of probe against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh after wrestlers move plea in sexual harassment case
The wrestlers moved the Court seeking a court-monitored investigation and sought recording of their statements under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
A Delhi court on Wednesday issued notice to the Delhi police calling for a status report on a plea filed by wrestlers seeking a report on what action has been taken against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh whom they have accused of sexual harassment.
