[Delhi Government v. LG - Day 1] State list is effectively concurrent list for Delhi since Union can legislate on State list: Supreme Court

The constitution bench queried as to who pays the salaries and alliances to ministers and civil servants, to which the bench was informed that it is the state consolidated fund which pays such expenses

A Constitution bench of the Supreme Court today began hearing the Delhi government v. the Lieutenant Governor case concerning administrative control over transfers and postings of civil servants in the national capital.
